Welcome to the Mammal Youth Hub! If you’re a mini mammalogist or a teacher inspiring your class about the wonderful world of mammals take a look at our resources below. At the Mammal Society we know the importance of inspiring the next generation to be actively involved in nature and the outdoors. We hope these resources will help spread the word about how cool mammals really are!
These curriculum-linked resources have been created for the Mammal Society by author and nature engagement expert Susanna Ramsey (more details of her work can be found on her website The Nature Collection) with the help of the Mammal Society’s Derek Crawley and Sophie Webb.
If you would like advice and guidance on bringing mammal conservation alive for your students, or if you would be interested in a Mammal Society speaker or lesson for your school, please contact Education & Training Officer Fiona Day: fiona@mammal.org.uk
Our resources have been created using Canva Pro in 2022, the images if not credited are from Canva or by Susanna.
We’re also delighted to present our Foxy Facts collaboration with our patron, Zeb Soanes, and Gaspard the Fox! Click here to learn more.
